JSW Dulux shareholders approve 1:10 stock split with 99.9991% support
The paints maker, formerly Akzo Nobel India, will sub-divide each ₹10 share into ten ₹1 shares. The postal ballot also cleared two related changes to its charter documents. Record date: 22 October 2026.
