CAMS declares ₹3.25 per share interim dividend, record date 13 November; paid by 27 November
Shareholders on the CAMS register on 13 November 2026 are eligible for an interim dividend of ₹3.25 per share, payable on or before 27 November. Q2 FY27 consolidated profit was ₹13,066 lakh.
Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) said its board declared an interim dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share on 29 October 2026. Shareholders whose names are on the company’s register on the record date of 13 November 2026 are eligible, and the dividend is to be paid on or before 27 November 2026.
An interim dividend is a payout the board declares during the financial year, before any final dividend that shareholders vote on after the year ends. The record date is the day the company checks its register to decide who receives the payout.
Q2 FY27 results
The board also approved unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27). InvestyWise, reporting from the BSE filing, gives these figures. A lakh is 100,000, so ₹13,066.27 lakh is about ₹130.7 crore.
| Metric (quarter ended 30 Sep 2026) | Consolidated | Standalone |
|---|---|---|
| Profit before tax | ₹17,426.07 lakh | ₹16,237.00 lakh |
| Net profit for the period | ₹13,066.27 lakh | ₹12,232.38 lakh |
| Total revenue | not stated | ₹37,805.51 lakh |
Consolidated means the figures include the parent company and its subsidiaries; standalone covers the parent alone. The report says the auditors, S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, gave unmodified opinions in their limited review of both sets of results.
Basis of these figures
The primary source, the CAMS filing on BSE, could not be opened when this article was prepared (the server refused access). Every figure is therefore attributed to the InvestyWise report on that filing, and the dividend amount and dates are also reported by Indian Opinion. Other reports give a different headline profit and a year-on-year comparison; because the basis of those numbers is not confirmed, they are not used here. Amounts are in ₹ lakh unless marked crore (1 crore = 100 lakh).
