How to read this
The main source is the National Housing Bank's NHB Residex, which covers 50 cities (base year FY 2024-25 = 100). It measures city-level housing price movement as NHB calculates it. It does not measure any locality, building or project, and it says nothing about next year.
Other public sources, where used, are marked with a diamond and named beside each number. Figures from different sources are not comparable with each other. Read how we read the numbers.
WealthStar is not registered with SEBI. Figures come from the public sources named beside each number. They have not been independently verified and may be revised. This page records what an index measured. It is not investment advice, not a forecast, and does not recommend buying, selling or holding any property or security.
