Basis of these figures

The red herring prospectus and the exchange announcement of the price band could not be opened during drafting. The price band, bidding dates and listing date appear on Chittorgarh and Bajaj Broking; the lot size, issue size and financials come from Chittorgarh alone. The registrar is consistent across Chittorgarh, Kotak Neo, Bajaj Broking and Angel One. The share count and the selling shareholders’ names are consistent across Chittorgarh, Kotak Neo and 5paisa, and the lead managers across Kotak Neo and Chittorgarh. The issue size and the ₹14,905 minimum are arithmetic on the reported shares, lot size and upper price. Read the prospectus, filed with SEBI, for the authoritative terms.
