Segments

  • India consumer services: NTV grew 29% year on year to ₹1,056 Cr. Adjusted EBITDA, excluding InstaHelp, was ₹73 Cr, or 6.9% of NTV.
  • International: NTV grew 76% to ₹237 Cr.
  • InstaHelp: the company said its investment in InstaHelp was ₹132 Cr in the quarter and that it expects losses to remain elevated as it scales.

The company also said it acquired about 1.2 million new users in the quarter.
