JSW Dulux shareholders approve 1:10 stock split with 99.9991% support

The paints maker, formerly Akzo Nobel India, will sub-divide each ₹10 share into ten ₹1 shares. The postal ballot also cleared two related changes to its charter documents. Record date: 22 October 2026.

Shareholders of JSW Dulux Limited — formerly Akzo Nobel India Limited, renamed after JSW Paints acquired a 60.76% stake in December 2025 — voted overwhelmingly by postal ballot to approve a 1:10 sub-division of the company’s equity shares. Remote e-voting closed on 20 September 2026 and results were declared the next day.
