Tonbo Imaging IPO closed 135.9 times subscribed; retail part 31.07 times, allotment on 21 October
Bidding for Tonbo Imaging's ₹852 crore IPO closed on 19 October 2026 at 135.9 times the shares on offer. Subscription by category, the allotment and refund dates, and where applicants can check their allotment.
Bidding for Tonbo Imaging India’s initial public offering (IPO, the first sale of a company’s shares to the public) closed on 19 October 2026 with the issue subscribed 135.9 times, according to the IPO Guru tracker. The part reserved for retail investors, meaning individuals bidding up to ₹2 lakh, was subscribed 31.07 times, so applicants did not get all the shares they asked for in that part. The basis of allotment (the final decision on who gets shares) was scheduled for 21 October, with refunds and credit of shares to demat accounts on 22 October.
“Subscribed 135.9 times” means investors bid for 135.9 shares for every one share on offer. Where bids exceed the shares available, shares are allotted by a draw of lots or in proportion, so many applicants receive fewer shares than they bid for, or none. Money for unallotted bids is released back to the applicant’s bank account.

How applicants check allotment status
IPO Guru says status can be checked on the BSE or NSE website, or on the website of the registrar, KFin Technologies, using the PAN (permanent account number) or the application number. On the exchange pages, the applicant picks the issue name and enters the application number or PAN. The registrar’s page works the same way. Details of the issue’s terms are in our earlier report: Tonbo Imaging IPO price band ₹665-700.
Basis of these figures
The final bidding data on NSE and BSE, the red herring prospectus and the registrar’s page could not be opened during drafting. The final subscription multiples, dates and the allotment-check method come from IPO Guru, a subscription tracker. The share counts and application total come from HDFC Sky’s 4:40 PM snapshot on 19 October, so they may differ from the final book. Chittorgarh’s page showed only day 2 figures and was not used for the final numbers. Tracker figures can differ slightly from exchange data. This article reports the result only. It carries no view on the company or the issue and no unofficial pre-listing price data.
